General Policy

  • Students are required to pay the full fee no later than two days before the first class
  • Each item you purchase gives you access to up-to-date materials, a weekly planner, a selection of top resources, and weekly support (worth more than $500!)
  • Each item is valid for one year from the date of purchase
  • Youspeakitalian follows a first come, first served policy.
    E.g. When you purchase a 10-session package, a calendar showing your appointments will be sent to you.
    Days and time slots are reserved for you for the ten sessions only.
    In order to reserve them for future sessions and avoid disappointment, it is recommended to purchase the next item(s) early
  • All packages are non-refundable & non-transferable

24 hours’ Cancellation Policy

You will never be charged for cancelling a session if you cancel your appointment with more than 24 hours’ notice.

However, you will be fully charged for the missed appointment if you:

  • cancel your appointment with less than 24 hours’ notice
    or
  • fail to show up for a scheduled appointment.
    Also: if you are late, I will wait for you for 15 minutes. After that, the appointment will be considered cancelled without notice.

Reasons for this policy:

Notifying me of your intention to cancel 24 hours in advance will give another person the possibility to have access to that time slot.

One day that person could be YOU!

Delivering a lesson requires preparation and regular updates: an early cancellation will give me the opportunity to spend the time of that session by doing some research on e.g. new teaching materials.

As much advance notice as possible is always appreciated.
